Heat the oven to 175 °C.
Bake on baking paper, 5 cm apart, for 12 to 13 minutes.

Brownie batter made with ground hazelnuts, frozen in the tray you bake it in. Keep it in your freezer and bake it when you have people over: it goes straight from the freezer into the oven. Gluten-free. One tray makes twelve brownies.

Heat the oven to 190 °C.
Take the tray straight from the freezer and take off the cover. No thawing.
Put it straight into the oven and bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
Let the brownies cool in the tray, then cut into twelve.

When you order we keep your name, email address, order and note, so that we can prepare your order and write to you about it. We do not sell or share them, and we do not use them for advertising.
If you sign up, we keep your email address to tell you when ordering opens. Every email has a way to unsubscribe, and you can ask us to remove you at any time.
Orders and sign-ups are stored with Google, which also sends our emails. We keep order details for as long as bookkeeping rules require, then delete them.
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you. Reply to any email from us and we will take care of it.
